SKYBET®MATERIALS (Content of 1 m³ Product)
PREPARATIONThis is a type of concrete produced under special control at fully automated plants by using selected and stockpiled raw materials. This type of concrete has controllable thermal development values, it can be produced as dmax 12 and 22 mm and it has a slump value of S3-S5 or SCC in terms of workability. These are special products which can be prepared in C 50/60 – C 100/115 strength classes and can be transferred along long distances on vertical and horizontal plane. SETTING PERIODSKYBET® has a minimum consistency preservation period of 2 hours. Setting period can be adjusted optionally. FEATURES

ELASTIC CONCRETE
MATERIALS (Content of 1 m³ Product)
PREPARATIONThis is a type of concrete produced under special control at fully automated plants by using selected and stockpiled raw materials. It has a free flow value of 65-75 cm, a T50 period of 3,5 -5 sec., a minimum viscosity of 8 sec., and specs which can be raised equally on both directions by 7 m on the horizontal plane and flow without segregation by 10 m in horizontal concrete pouring. Concrete can be transferred to hard pouring conditions through specially designed fixed, city pumps and flexible pipes. SETTING PERIODElastic concrete can maintain its flow, viscosity, physical features and rheology for minimum 2 hours. Stripping period is 16 hours under usual weather conditions. FEATURES

WHITEBET®MATERIALS (Content of 1 m³ Product)
PREPARATIONThe basic feature of WHITEBET which differs this product from ordinary gray concrete is its natural white color. This whiteness of concrete is due to color and purity of raw materials. As the source, form, purity of raw materials to be used in concrete may cause huge differences in the appearance and color or concrete, it is highly important to supply and stockpile the materials in a controlled way. Moreover, cleaning of the equipment used in production, shipping and placement of concrete is of high significance. Produced in minimum consistency of S4 to obtain exposed concrete surfaces, concrete must be placed to exposed concrete forms prepared without being subject to segregation. FEATURES
