OYAK Concrete has assumed the responsibility for the supply of concrete to the Zeytinburnu Büyükyalı Project, headed by Emlak Konut. The project, which will be completed within a total of 36 months, consists of 18 blocks of flats, each with 17 floors. The buildings’ heights will reach a max. of 68 m and the elevation of the foundations is 7 m. The project will be constructed with mainly C 35 and C 40 concretes, and a fully mobile concrete plant with a capacity of 120 m3/h and a fully-fledged laboratory have been built on the project site for concrete production. The total concrete requirement of the project has been estimated at 550,000 m3.
